Purchase-Redemption Option Terms and Conditions

General Information

The Purchase-Repurchase option with Peugeot in Europe offers you new factory vehicles for all your trips in Europe for an extended period. The main advantage of this program is to offer you a contract without taxes, insurance included without supplement , with unlimited mileage for your travels in 40 countries as well as a new vehicle registered and insured in your name . All vehicles are equipped with power steering , electric windows , airbags , central door locking and a CD player.

Important: Book in advance.

The reservation and documents must be completed and given to your agent at least four weeks before the pick-up date of your vehicle . Additional time may be required if you book your vehicle in a country other than France.

If you have already received your reservation number,  you can confirm your reservation  with your credit card.

• Minimum duration: 21 days
• Maximum duration: for picking up the vehicle and returning it to France, 175 days.
• For vehicle collection and return outside France, the maximum duration is 165 days.
• Students, Teachers, Apprentices and Missionaries can reserve a vehicle under the Purchase-Redemption option for a period of more than 175 days. Contact us at toll-free   for more information.

• Offer for people residing outside the European Union. EU citizens residing outside of the EU are eligible.
• Being older than 18. No maximum.

• A new car, straight out of the factory.
• Full vehicle insurance including theft and third party insurance.
• Factory warranty.
• Unlimited mileage.
• Manufacturer's assistance in the event of a breakdown.
• The vehicles are equipped with a radio and a CD player (no CD player in 208 & 2008 models).

• All Peugeot vehicles have the steering wheel on the left.
• Insurance included.
• No supplement for the additional driver.
• No airport surcharge.

Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus*, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France (including Corsica), Germany, Gibraltar, Greece (including Crete and Greek Islands), Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy (including Sicily and Sardinia), Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Macedonia, Malta, Monaco, Montenegro, Netherlands Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal (including the Azores and Madeira), Romania, San Marino, Serbia**, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain (including the Balearic Islands and Canary Islands), Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom.

†Travel to any other country is at renter's risk and is not covered by Peugeot insurance or roadside assistance.

* The insurance cover provided by Green Cards issued for Cyprus is limited to the geographical parts of Cyprus which are under the control of the Government of the Republic of Cyprus.

** Insurance coverage provided by Green Cards issued for Serbia is limited to the Republic of Montenegro and geographical parts of Serbia which are under the control of the Government of the Republic of Serbia.

Terms of cancelation

**Please be advised that the following penalties will apply in case of cancellation. (Note: No show fee also applies if canceled at delivery if no longer needing the car or does not meet clients expectations):

If you are not satisfied with your vehicle upon delivery, you may cancel by not taking delivery of your vehicle . This step is obligatory to take into account the cancellation of your reservation.

If you wish to change your vehicle, Peugeot will charge fees (registration of the first vehicle and other fees),  but under no circumstances should you take delivery of your first vehicle .

Delivery in France and Europe: €700

Peugeot policy for early returns

The following conditions apply if you return your vehicle before the scheduled date.

• The initial contract must be for a  period of more than 30 days
• The return date must be 7 days or more before the scheduled return date
• The customer must request the refund from the booking agent
• The amount reimbursed will be the daily amount beyond the minimum of 21 days, reduced by 16%.
• No refund within 21 days
• The tariff structure for the Peugeot product is a tariff for the first 17 days and then an additional daily tariff. For more information, contact our representatives.
