I always do my reservation with Auto Europe, but since my last booking, I'm not happy, I have a 4 months baby (when we traveled she was 2 months) and I ask for a baby seat. I called 3 times to confirm that the baby seat is confirmer, if I need to do something else, operators said the seat is confirmed, everything are ok.
I arrive to Geneva, and the seat wasn't book, and Europcar didn't have any seat left. So I was stuck with my baby of 2 months and we wait for 3 hours at the airport for my parent in law to arrive with a baby seat. This is completely unacceptable.
I contact autoeurope for 15 minutes by phone the same day and the operator was rude with me, like it was my fault. I sent an email (no more space to write everything)

My issue was not Europcar, so I rate them Excellent for their patient with me, the guy even try to call other Europcar location to find me one, but not available.
